The one and only Daniel!
We had a very long journey with Daniel. We met him six months ago and since then he was helping and supporting us through all stages of our purchase. He was very patient, friendly, nice and energetic and more importantly very professional. No one could be more responsive than him ever and his prompt action was admirable. He was more than an agent to us in a way that we trusted him and his words more than our solicitor. He was next to us in every stage from our loan approval to choosing the right colour of our flooring. He did his best and we cannot thank him enough. So pleased we got to work with him :)

I purchased through Daniel and found his level of service to be above and beyond.
I would highly recommend Daniel to any future purchasers if they require a great level of service. Due to other commitments on the weekend I was not able to attend the scheduled open home time slot and Daniel was very helpful in accommodating me for an alternate weekday slot that suited us both. Also, he was an Agent I found not pushy and allowed you to inspect freely and seek clarification easily when needed. His friendliness, honesty, excellent follow-ups when needed and efficiency in service is far beyond my expectation compared to many Agents I dealt with. Daniel was always willing to assist and his professionalism, great communication, and commitment is highly commendable. It was a pleasure dealing dealing with Daniel throughout the buying process.

Makes Lemonade from Lemons
I engage Daniel to sell our property having experienced his professionalism when buying our new family home. Having been on the buyers side, and experiencing his enthusiasm, work ethic, and knowledge, we knew he was the right choice to sell our old home. We were right! Given the situation with COVID, a home we had lost passion for, and a deflated attitude, Daniel's approach was a God send. Both systematic in getting the right things in place, and pragmatic in terms of value and marketing. He did all the hard work, engaged the right people, and made light of what is generally an emotional situation. Most importantly, he was realistic and truthful in setting expectations, but driving as hard as we could for a result. On advice, we went to auction, got a great result that met expectation, with no hassle or fuss. He made lemanade out of my lemons. Highly recommended - you've never seen anyone work an auction floor like this guy and his team.
