I found Daniel helpful and polite and flexible with showing times.
Daniel was always prompt in responding to my attempts to communicate. He was flexible in being available to show me the home and if I asked a question about the property he would find out the answer and get back to me in a timely manner. Overall I found him helpful and polite.
The one area where he could improve was when I was concerned about an issue that came up in the property inspection which was not a small thing. I felt Daniel minimised the issue and was trying to push me into agreeing to a lesser price reduction on the home - I felt his manner was a little too forceful on this and I really had to hold my ground and be assertive when he tried to say that I was punishing the owner by asking for a reduction in price due to an issue that could be quite costly for me once addressed with the property I purchased. I wanted my solicitor to negotiate with the other parties solicitor on this issue and had started that process but Daniel got involved and called me and started wanting me to negotiate through him which I felt was not really the way I wanted to go. It was a difficult process for me and I did not feel it was necessary when the solicitors were dealing with it.
However, Overall, as said I felt Daniel was mostly helpful and I think for the vendor he would be a good advocate and assertively do his best to obtain a sale.
