I haven’t been living in the property for very long but all of my dealings with this agency have been very good. Sharnee is my property manager and I can’t say enough good things about her. Any problem I’ve had she has gone above and beyond to try and get it resolved.

I am so grateful to have Laing + Simmons St Marys to provide the property management services. I am fortunate enough to have had Sharnee Hundy and her team looking after our rental property professionally and efficiently. During the lockdown, it's been a difficult transition to find new tenants and doing maintenance but Sharnee and her team have managed to organize everything so well that the new tenants are very happy for the settlement. I've been dealing with the Team at Laing & Simmons St Marys for several years now, across three Tenancies. Nothing but praise for the whole Team. All enquiries were answered promptly, and the Staff were most helpful when my Fiancee Debbie and I began searching for a quality House to rent, whilst still in our second floor Apartment.
