Paul was diligent in keeping me updated - both via calls and also status in the agency's portal set up for me to track the sale campaign. He used his network of potential buyers both oo's and investors, and when the first buyer pulled out during cooling off, he was quick to close a second buyer (and at a higher sale price).

We were familiar with Paul and his team via an investment property they managed for us. The same high level of communication, attention to detail and professionalism we had previously experienced was evident throughout our sale. Although we were apprehensive about the market, Paul's extensive knowledge and confidence gave us the assurance we needed and we were not disappointed.
