Paul was a great help . After having the property listed with a previous agent for over 3 months, with no communication and a lack of interest from the agent, Paul was everything the previous agent wasn't and more. The level of communication back to us was great, valuable and informative. We were always kept up to date and in the loop. I feel Paul had our best interest at heart, and in tough market conditions, I feel he did everything to help us get a price we were still happy with. This being the first property I have sold, he helped make this somewhat daunting experience more enjoyable and I will not hesitate to recommended Paul and the Laing and Simmons team.

Aman was easy to talk with and it didn't seem that he was pushing for a sale. I found it hard to get clear answers at times particularly from the vendor through Aman. Perhaps didn't help that he was on holidays during cooling off and that made lines of communication a little harder. First home buyer, so I don't have much else to base off, but he seemed to do a good enough job.
