Aman Puri from the Laing+Simmons St Marys / Ropes Crossing agent was our agent and we are both so impressed with the service that we received! Right from the very start Aman could not have done any more to help us have a smooth ride whilst selling our property and buying a new one! We would 100% recommend Aman and the service that he provides and now we've had such an easy ride of buying and selling we will certainly be back to use his services again some day. He made us feel totally at ease and gave us regular updates throughout the whole process which really took the pressure off of such a stressful process. He was absolutely brilliant, more than we ever expected in fact. So a big thank you to you Aman from the bottom of our hearts- we are so very greatful!!!

We have used Paul Abassi for two sales. He has not only gone above and beyond to deliver the results for us, but was always ten steps ahead. He personalized his approach to ensure we had the best opportunity to sell our home. Always reevaluating and adjusting and ensuring he delivered. We couldn’t be happier with Paul and how he actually cares and wants to get a great result. We value his relationship with us, and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Paul has been great for us! Not only did he keep us updated during the the open homes as well as the sale process, he juggled with dealing with a painful tenant who left no stone unturned to make the sale and open home process difficult. He helped us get a fair price in the current environment. Thanks Paul and Team!

Paul was a great help . After having the property listed with a previous agent for over 3 months, with no communication and a lack of interest from the agent, Paul was everything the previous agent wasn't and more. The level of communication back to us was great, valuable and informative. We were always kept up to date and in the loop. I feel Paul had our best interest at heart, and in tough market conditions, I feel he did everything to help us get a price we were still happy with. This being the first property I have sold, he helped make this somewhat daunting experience more enjoyable and I will not hesitate to recommended Paul and the Laing and Simmons team.

Aman was easy to talk with and it didn't seem that he was pushing for a sale. I found it hard to get clear answers at times particularly from the vendor through Aman. Perhaps didn't help that he was on holidays during cooling off and that made lines of communication a little harder. First home buyer, so I don't have much else to base off, but he seemed to do a good enough job.
