Good Agency
My property manager is lovely always willing to help with any enquiry that we’ve had. I’m saying that we have been overcharged rent a few times and when we moved out of the property the new owners complained that something wasn’t clean after living there for 2 weeks and the Agency rung and asked us to clean it. This i felt was unfair

Fantastic Agency
Just a quick review! This was my first rental property. Obviously I had a few first time jitters, but the team at St Mary’s made my the entire process easy and seamless. Alana in particular was incredibly helpful and acted within a customer focused and professional manner. That really made all the difference to alleviate the stress of moving into a new property. I will definitely return to Laing + Simmons in the near future when looking to buy into the property market.
