The Tenant agreement signing was made more complicated than it needed to be, instead of ebing sent the documents ahead of time we were sent them while standing at the door and told to leave and comeback once they were completed. A tenant should not be asked to sign anything to do with the entry condition report prior to being given the keys and access to the property but we were made to sign every page of it. Based on promises made as to the cleanliness of the property and work that was being undertaken, none of this occurred and the property was in very poor condition. The Agent who now looks after us is quiet rude and abrupt. Does not communicate in writing well, does not follow up or provide updates. Our experience with this agency does not live up to the hype it has grown to expect.

When I requested an inspection day and time Laing + Simmons where very quick to reply their staff at St marys office are very polite and friendly. The application for the rental property I had applied for was made very simple and easy and one approved I received a call in regards to transferring my power and internet to my new rental property this was also a great help I had both changed in a matter of minutes no waiting time on the phone to each provider. All in all Laing + Simmons st marys has to be the most professional realestate company I have rented through. So a special thanks to both Chloe and Shanne from St marys office who made the move from start to finish for me and my kids a great experience.
