I was very impressed with communication I have received , within 1/2 hr after the first Open house inspection I was notified about the numbers and potential new tenants . Next morning the applicant was checked and the house was leased out ! Dealing was easy and straight forward . Couldn’t ask for more 😊

We could not be happier with Sharnee Hundy, who is currently managing two properties for us at Laing & Simmons St Marys. She is responsive, patient, detail-orientated and we can trust her to simply organise things whenever there is anything to be done. This agency has been so helpful with everything. They made moving a new residence so easy and than also relocating again. A large reason I continue to use this agency is my amazing agent, Sharnee.
