Paul is an incredible agent with great communication skills, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The system he has created for communication through WhatsApp makes it very easy to communicate with him or the relevant team. Paul is optimistic and realistic, which gives transparency when selling. We could not have been happier with the process and the level of dedication from Paul. We hope to deal with him in any future property sales/purchases that we have. Thanks again Paul!

Ankit was fantastic to work with. Even when we hit a few hiccups along the way, he stayed positive, calm, and solution‑focused. He was incredibly available whenever we needed him, which made the whole process feel so much easier. Truly grateful for his support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and upbeat real estate agent.

I had an excellent experience working with Ankot as my agent to sell my property. From start to finish, he's professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. They guided me through every step of the process, provided clear advice, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. His marketing strategy and negotiation skills really stood out, and I’m very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence.

I had been on house hunting for a while, on and off. Ankit was one of the most professional agents that I have ever met. He was very nice and helpful throughout and even after the buying process.

I really don’t think 5 stars out of 5 is high enough. This gentleman and the entire agency made the sale of my home so painless. Continual communication, excellent and on the point recommendations, made it so easy. I am at the point now where I am trying to buy a property and am trying to keep it within the Abassi group. Why would you willingly go somewhere else and risk stress and hassle in what is usually a very stressful period anyway. I truly cannot criticise anything about the service and professionalism

Being from interstate, we were unsure of the market but Paul was reassuring with the recent market sale trend for units similar to ours and was confident we could achieve our goal. His communication was good in keeping us informed as things progressed. On reflection the whole process was seamless and Paul always had a happy demeanour which made things easier. No stress. Thank you Paul.

Dealing with Ankit was very easy as he was always available and would reply to emails in a very timely fashion and was always available not matter what time of day it was. The whole process of purchasing our first house was made so much easier thanks to Ankit’s professionalism and hard work to get the job done and help us in whatever way he could.
