We used Aman of Laing & Simmons to sell our first home in Ropes Crossing. He was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate and was always responsive. His approach was professional and very positive. He successfully negotiated and made it a smooth sale and an excellent price for our home, a suburb record not to mention! Thank you again Aman for all your help in getting us through with flying colours on our first home sell. More power to you and the team.

Aman delivers his promises. I was with another agent flr over 4 months who was doing nothing and not even doing open homes. Aman took over my property and sold it for more money than I wanted in 2 weeks. He was always available and answered my questions whenever I was in any doubt. Highly recommended.

Aman was very helpful throughout the sales process. I know him from last 2 years and he has been regularly giving me updates for my property and never been pushy. When I decided to sell I called him and he has achieved me the price more than my expectation. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks Aman

From Day 1 of the buying process, Paul was very supportive and provided facts based information regarding the property and was willing to respond promptly to all of the requests that I had. Given the multiple challenges due to the pandemic and restrictions, Paul demonstrated a flexible and client-focused attitude and helped in every way possible.
