Firstly I like to congratulate Paul and his team, mainly Amber and Irina for selling our property in a very quick time inside 1 week since listed. We did go with another agent who has been our property managers. After 3 months we had no interest generated by the agent, so we change to Laing and Simmons Ropes Crossing. Paul and Irina met us at the property on Friday. They were both very understanding and professional in their approach to marketing. We decided to sign with Paul on the sale. Professional photos was done on the Wednesday with Amber. A ad was drawn up and properly was on the market on Friday. Open house schedule schedule for Saturday. Sold on Sunday.
