Very happy with the service, Paul was in touch with the local market and had a good understanding of our needs. He facilitated our sale in a very professional and efficient manner.

Paul and his team were great with selling the unit but i was dissappointed with the lack of information in regards to holding deposits etc. Even getting a invoice for agent fees was hard to get, having to call up time and time again. Just glad its finshed.

Thank you Ricardo Marques & Paul Abassi... not forgetting the rest of the Laing & Simmons team! We have previously bought & sold but we found Ricardo & Paul are outstanding agents. We appreciated the integrity demonstrated during the process of our sale. They communicated very well & were realistic in expectations yet we feel they achieved a great outcome. We highly recommend this team as they go "the extra mile"!

Have not seen Paul Abassi at all during the whole process of buying. Rating is for Ricardo Marquez. Ricardo needs to acknowledge requests and inform clients on its status. Leaving customer's hanging in the dark when they need answers is not a very good experience.

Spoke to Paul, he came for a visit to discuss strategy, we decided what way to go and then left it in his capable hands. Sold really quickly. Always hope for more but happy with what we got.
