Wouldn’t recommend
Came in offering a price $100k above market, giving an unrealistic estimate and expectations. Then with the following weeks he would continue to present a lower price. He also asks my tenant of 10 years to move out 1 month before the settlement date. Losing money on the deal. The audacity he has to ask for more business after this…
