Outstanding service!
Candice was the selling agent for an investment property we recently purchased remotely. Candice’s professionalism and communication was second to none, attending to all details of the sale process as needed, going above and beyond on settlement day to ensure the property settled as planned. This was a challenging property to sell due to the sellers personal circumstances, and although Candice was working for them, not us, she made the process as easy as it could be, facilitating multiple inspections and communicating clearly and in a timely manner. If we choose to sell, we’ll be appointing Candice as our agent.

I had an excellent experience working with Candice. She was always friendly, approachable, and highly professional. Her communication was outstanding — she replied to my calls and messages very quickly, even on weekends and evenings, which suited my schedule perfectly. She guided me through the whole process and provided great support in settling the contract. As this was my first property purchase in Australia, I was naturally stressed and unfamiliar with the process, but Candice explained everything clearly and made it much easier. In my opinion, while sales agents usually focus on the seller, Candice genuinely cared about helping me as a buyer and went above and beyond to make everything smooth. Excellent local market knowledge, excellent communication and highly professional.
Candice provided my two brothers and I an excellent level of service, support and advice from pre listing right the way through to the sale of the property. Candice took the time to explain the local housing market trends, and demand. Candice offered honest advice and suggestions to achieve a timely dale and a sale price which we would be happy with and reflective of the value. Csnfive provided us with marketing recommendations, was honest about challenges we needed to consider, and devised and negotiated solutions. She kept us up to date with possible buyers and interested parties. Candice worked hard to sell the property and sold for a price we were happy with. Candice successfully negotiated the logistics of selling a house with joint owners in different towns and city’s in a very professional way. Overall the service, support, communication , and advice provided by Candice made the whole process seamless and stress free . The process end to end was methodical and we were informed throughout . The sale of this home closed a long chapter in our families history and Candice did everything she could to ensure that this process was undertaken with the sensitivity and professionalism consistent with that context.
