Professional Agent Experience
Upon first meeting with Paul our minds were put to rest with his gentle manner and professionalism. Whilst pointing out to us the positive attributes of the property, Paul made sure we were given plenty of time to explore any areas we wanted. At the end of our first inspection we described our position and requirements to Paul, the next day we placed an offer on the property. It is our belief that Paul took this offer to the seller with a true and accurate assessment of our interest in the property and through these actions the seller agreed on a settlement. Since then Paul has also successfully negotiated very favourable conditions for access to the property. Paul made our purchase so simple and effortless we would certainly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing property.
