The sale has been a very pleasant experience. Right at the start the team was very responsive to our requests and queries. We had some idea of the value of our property but Eric was optimistic in trying get more for us. He made some suggestions for upgrade which were economical but effective. Eventually the property was put up for a higher price than we expected with the upgrades. The property was sold within 2 or 3 weeks reaching near our top estimate. He constantly kept us up to date with the negotiations. Their knowledge of the local property market was spot on and no doubt helped with our sale. We highly recommend Eric’s team to any potential sellers.
