Very satisfying. Excellent marketing knowledge and professionalism. Responsive and helpful. The sale has been a very pleasant experience. Right at the start the team was very responsive to our requests and queries. We had some idea of the value of our property but Lee was optimistic in trying get more for us. The team made some suggestions for upgrade which were economical but effective. Eventually the property was put up for a higher price than we expected with the upgrades. The property was sold within 2 or 3 weeks reaching near our top estimate. Lee & her team constantly kept us up to date with the negotiations. Their knowledge of the local property market was spot on and no doubt helped with our sale. We highly recommend Lee & her team to any potential sellers.
