The decision to sell the beloved property where my husband and I had lived and worked together for 23 years, was not an easy one. It had only been 2 years since his passing. Jeannine's professional demeanor and market knowledge made selling our house effortless. The weekend we started with open house inspections proved to be a wonderful result of her footwork prior to the open house, we were amazed at how many couples came through and equally how many were genuinely interested in our property. This was duplicated each and every weekend. It only took 5 weekends to have a signed contract and that was during the time of the Gold Coast floods which made it difficult for buyer's to attend, but with Jeannine's persistence and kind manner she didn't let that phase her but most of all her reassurance of selling our property is what kept us sane throughout this time.

Ranine and Jeannine were great. They listened to what we were looking for in a new house for our family and answered all questions we had about the properties honestly. They provided us with very helpful information about the area as only a local can. After we had purchased our property they provided us with a welcome pack that had all the information we needed to settle in to our new house and new suburb quickly. I can strongly recommend them.
