We first dealt with Mark 10 years ago when we bought our first property and we're so impressed that 10 years later, after interviewing 3 other agents couldn't sell our house without him! He is professional, kind and so knowledgeable in relation to the current market, the suburb and the buyers in the area it was money well spent for us. Mark and his team were very professional and easy to work with. They were always on time and set the highest standards in communication, so we always knew what was happening and why. They always seemed to go out of their way to facilitate all our needs. A great example of this, was when we were interstate, we had our house alarm activated. We contacted Mark who got one of his colleagues to go around to the house to ensure it was secure. This occurred late in the evening, and illustrates their commitment to their customers.
