Rick is the best in class in his knowledge and expertise. I had a brilliant transaction with him and his dedicated team. He was prompt and decisive in communicating and made the whole process a breeze. I cannot recommend Rick any highly. If you are a family looking for your castle in the Playford locale and surrounds, look no further you've found your agent. Highly recommend.

I have been using “Real People Real Estate” services now since 2016, initially Ricky and Tarrie were managing our investment property in Craigmore for some years very professionally until I decided to sell that property. I asked “Real People Real Estate” to manage selling that property which they did and as a result I got well above the asking price. The whole process went extremely smoothly as Ricky and his team know exactly what they are doing and do it well. They even recommend the very best conveyancer for your needs to make everything go as professionally and easily as possible. In late 2025 I asked Ricky if he could sell my father`s home in Salisbury, SA and Ricky agreed and again was able to get well above the asking price for that property and as I expected from “Real People Real Estate” the selling process went flawlessly without any issue whatsoever again also using a conveyancer that Ricky recommended to me. I highly recommend “Real People Real Estate” to anyone looking to sell their house or manage their rental property. They are very friendly, professional and know all the ins and outs of the property market. They really are the best of the best. 5 Star service.

We had a great experience working with Ricky to purchase our block of land in Angaston. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely took the time to get to know us, including chatting about local sport and community clubs, which made the process feel very personal. Ricky communicated clearly, answered our questions promptly, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. His local knowledge and down-to-earth approach were greatly appreciated, and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area.
