Another outstanding experience
We have been working with Mark and his team for a number of years, starting with us simply asking for realestate advice. We always felt we received honest advice without any pressure placed on us to sell. Because of this, we referred 5 family members onto Mark, and his team successfully sold their homes in short time. When we finally decided to sell, the process was so seamless, with us receiving a signed contract after the first open inspection. We continue to be impressed by Mark's integrity and skill, and would recommend him to anyone wanting an enjoyable relestate experience.

What a gun team!
These guys, lead by Mark, are a gun team that really know the Northern area (especially Pooraka) well. The house sold over the asking range and was on the market about 6 days before contract was signed. Very little fuss and good advice through the whole process.

Great experience
We are very happy with the selling experience that Mark and his team provided. Mark has fantastic market knowledge, pricing our house appropriately and aiming the advertising at the correct market. Mark kept us well informed on what was happening throughout the entire process, and the online monitoring tool is very informative (and live!). The professionalism of the whole team was exceptional. Could not fault them at all. Mark was very pro-active and persistent throughout the selling period, always trying new approaches and techniques to either follow up interested buyers or attract new buyers. This ultimately led to the sale of the house at a price that we were happy with.
