Being an elderly couple, we lacked confidence and were apprehensive about the whole sales procedure. Krystel's support and guidance and knowledge of the market together with her enthusiasm and level of communication made our task a lot easier and reduced our concerns. But her support extended beyond the selling by helping us with the decluttering and the removal of junk that had accumulated in the backyard.
