Investment Property Sale
David Lane and the team from Lane Campos were brilliant to deal with. They were constantly in touch with us about all aspects of the sale and we always felt comfortable with the process. Dave was also very considerate of the tenant in special circumstances. We had other valuations for the property but Dave was able to sell for about 15% more. Couldn't be happier with that result as we head into retirement.

After using Dave and the guys at lane Campos once before. There was no question on who to hire for my next sale. Again Dave, Leigh and associates all put in 100 percent and exceeded my expectations and got me far more than I could of imagined. They are available 24/7 to answer any queries and sold the house in record time. It is no wonder when driving around Newcastle all you see is Lane Campos signage with sold on every house.

Working with Dave was so easy and informative, above our expectations
Dave Lane and his team were the absolute best to deal with. I was quickly and very efficiently informed of the process along the way, and not once was I kept in the dark. Excellent Experience
From the time I decided to sell my property I never even considered using another Real Estate. Dave & his team are just the most knowledgeable, professional & caring team out there. Stellar Service - Amazing Team
Our journey to selling was a long one - around 5 years to be exact! We needed to find a new property before listing our own.
