From our first meeting with Roland we knew we had found the right agent! Friendly, easy to talk to and no rubbish. Roland let us know clearly his plan for selling our house and a genuine estimate of what he thought we could achieve price-wise. Roland and his team then stuck to the plan and executed it perfectly! We got a great result with the price in a minimal amount of time of around 2 weeks which was very important to us still living in our home with 2 young kids! Winners are grinners and if you choose Dave as your agent you'll be wearing as big a smile as I am presently. Now don't get me wrong, selling a property, especially now when there is a downturn, is a very stressful time with ups and downs (and there were a few) but Dave and his team are a well oiled-machine and they work their hardest at making the process as smooth as possible (good communication and information - you're never left in the dark) . Dave's professionalism extends to making sure that both vendor and buyer are happy. A win-win for everyone. My advice is Trust Dave and his suggestions (no matter how unconventional) regarding how to present the property, the listing etc. he knows the market and he'll deliver - leaving you to get on with your live wearing a very big smile.
