This is the second time I have used Dave and his team to sell my property. I was absolutely delighted with the process and the result the first time round, so it was a no-brainer to use him again the second time. I’m now even more delighted with his services. I live interstate and could not be physically present for the process, so communication was critical - Dave outlined the process in a teleconference upfront and the team uses modern technologies so we all know exactly where the process is up to and who has to do what - right through the process, up to and including settlement.
