We are very please we choose Dave to sell our property. Dave provided great advice on how to prepare our home for sale and clearly explained each step of the process to us. Dave met with us regularly and had frequent phone calls or texts to make sure we understood what has happening and was able to met with us at times that suited us. Outstanding agent and agency. Dave Lane and Lane:Campos. Some context..... As a family and small scale property developer we have purchased and sold multiple properties over 40 years. This sale was a little unique - relatively new, quality family home in a postcode where such properties were not prominent. For the first time, we invited, through an Expression of Interest, a select group of agents/agencies to meet with us to market themselves and their business as the best fit to sell our family home. Five presentations were made to us ranging from nationwide franchises to boutique firms. Dave Lane from Lane:Campos was successful.
