Roland handled 2 sales for us, both had tennants in them. He did all the liasing and organisation with them, including helping them with preparing the house for open homes etc. In an industry that has so many sleazy and untrustworthy and dishonest agents it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with Roland. We recently sold our home with Roland and couldn't recommend him highly enough. In every aspect of our dealings he was punctual, thorough, spoke in language we could understand, and personally, he's a really nice guy.
