We were so impressed with Dave. Before contacting him we were stressing out and thinking the sale would be very complicated; not only because our property is in Newcastle, Australia and we are now located in France, but also because the tenants in the property were vacating it just weeks before Christmas, so it needed to go on the market at a time when most were celebrating or on holiday - and definitely not thinking about house-hunting, or so we thought. Dave calmly and confidently listened to our concerns and then took control of the situation. He was very honest with us, gave us some great advice and information and his communication with us was spot on. Not once did he try to railroad us into a decision we were unprepared to take. We were in awe of his knowledge of the area, the market and what we needed to do to play it to our advantage. We cannot think of a better recommendation than to give him our other property in Newcastle to sell and that is what we will be doing in a few weeks.
