Josh and I had been thinking about selling for about a year, with the dream of always wanting to grow our family and have enough space to accommodate this. When we approached Michael for an appraisal, we had no idea what the process was. Michael knocked on the door and straight away we felt at ease, he was approachable, easy going but also extremely professional. The process for getting everything organised for selling our house was made smooth by Michael. Communication was a clear strength, he always made sure we will well informed, without being too pushy.
