The apartment itself is amazing, spacious and convenient located. But the agency and the service could be much better. Seems the managers are not willing to help at all. After moving in we provided a apoplexy of issues with the condition report that haven’t been fixed yet (2 weeks already). The conditions about the moths (pest) and the frame around the boiler which is falling apart are urgent and require fixing. The agent referred our complaints to a handyman. However, we have not heard anything from their handyman since we reported it in our first week. We have been waiting for an accurate information about the second car spot our apartment has for 2 weeks already. It makes our life much more complicated because we have two cars. The Rent Exchange team are not really helpful.

I have rented a few places, but none of the agent are as on top of process and documentations as these guys. Communications were quick and prompt. Peter was professional and friendly on showing us the property, and was able to answer all my questions. As a result my move was smooth as butter. Thanks guys!
