Everything was smooth and easy for getting into our new place. Only downfall was the electrical main was turned off which delayed getting our elec turned.

Rent exchange is the best agent I think. I rent my apartment through rent exchange and Kat is in charge of my apartment. When I need help she always help me and also she follow up the issue. I am so grateful that I am renting my apartment through them :) I recommend to everyone.

Working with Rent Exchange has (so far) been very easy! I signed the lease the same day I inspected my apartment, all communication with my agent has been prompt and professional. I asked to get a pet, and my agent was cooperative, and quickly contacted the landlord for me and arranged the addendum to the lease. Overall, a very easy renting experience!
