Whenever our apartment has to be re-rented rRent have the apartment open for inspection at least twice per week until it's rented and usually get the apartment rented out quickly. All potential tenants are subject to strict checking of their applications, and in 20 years of leasing out our property through rRent, we've never had a problem.
