Our interactions with the agents at Langwell Harper have been extremely positive ever since we first inspected the property we were eventually successful for. Bonae was extremely warm, professional and informative throughout and after the application process. Her communications are always very prompt and she's been super friendly and transparent on email, phone and in person. We've also been recently introduced to Stefan on email who helped us through the conditional report process. Our communications with him have been limited in comparison but very positive nonetheless. We're grateful to have an attentive team looking after our property who are pleasant to interact with and we feel listened to. Could recommend enough!

Steph and Jess were great. We originally weren’t successful with an application in the same apartment block but Steph showed us additional apartments which included the one we live in now. They made the whole process very easy and were very helpful with any questions that we had (e.g. Rent, Opticomm set up etc). Great Agency to apply with and they definitely look out for you

My experience with Langwell Harper has been 1st class from day one of looking for a rental property. From day one of dealing with Stefan at Langwell Harper ( Kew), I have had the the most positive experience. Stefan returns phone calls & emails and Stefan went out of his way to assist me with inspections ( outside of scheduled opens ) & answering any questions I had. As I come from a service management background, I can rate my experience as a welcome change from other agents I have dealt with. Top notch service ! Thank you Stefan, I am impressed and hope you a go along way in the real estate industry. Picking up keys on commencement of my lease was also a very positive experience. The reception staff member was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Langwell Harper handle the property we rent. all of our communication with the landlord and any questions about the lease and the property is handled by them. They are always helpful and respond in a timely manner! We couldn’t have asked for more!
