Karen has a long history with Lara, giving her an in depth knowledge of the area and it's worth.
Karen worked really hard to secure a buyer for our property. As a long time Lara resident she has an extensive knowledge of real estate values and what Lara and the surrounding areas can provide for buyers. Karen kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely professional in her approach. We would highly recommend Karen and Lara Branch Realty for any real estate or rental needs in the Lara and surrounding areas.

Great Agent very professional , easy to deal with Highly recommend
Our experience with Karen and the LaraBranch team was excellent. Karen and Adrian were a great help with their knowledge and experience helped make the selling of our property easy and without any issues. We were kept well informed our property was sold within 3 weeks and importantly they achieved a price that fulfilled our expectations. Karen also assisted with a couple of minor conveyancing issues. Selling 4 Primrose Crt.
Karen was able to guide us to get a sale within a 7 week time frame that we needed to purchase our new property. She was able to get us a price for our house that we were happy with dealing with all the open days and bringing in other interested people out side of the normal open days. She always kept us updated on people's interest in our property be it good or bad which we very much appreciated.
