Karen was open and honest about our home and the properties recently sold around us. She was detailed with her assessment of our property and was able to give us an accurate evaluation that she believed was achievable. Karen was very professional throughout our sale. She was always available (often outside normal hours), and she always communicated in an open and honest manner. Karen was fantastic at helping us through the sale process. We had not sold a house for 18 years so tips on styling, open inspections and price negotiating were invaluable. Very highly recommended for a smooth sale from start to finish.

Smooth, stress free and professional experience
We had our property listed with another agent for 12 months and could not sell the property, we waited a further 12 months before relisting, this time with Karen. The process was stress free and very quick, within 24 hours of signing she had organised photos and board and all was advertised within a week. The property sold within 6 weeks for the price we were asking and the terms we wanted. We are very gratefull for the professional and smooth experience.
