Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Agent

Professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator
Ryan was absolutely fantastic during the entire process of selling my home. He was extremely knowledgable regarding the current market and provided all the right advice on what to do to get my property sold. He arranged professional photography, and all advertising was sharp and professional. He worked with all interested buyers and kept me informed throughout the entire time and had the property sold in just over a month. Not only was he professional but a lovely person to deal with. No Fuss Professional Attitude
Along with Ryan’s enthusiasm, his knowledge of the local market was a key attribute that helped us make the decision to list our property with him. His communication was spot on, either answering his phone when rung, or returning a call in a very timely manner. Our property sold extremely quickly and we even were able to get slightly above the list price. We appreciated his honesty and no fuss approach.

'Heart felt' professional service dealing with the sensitivity of a deceased estate...
The service that LV Real Estate provided in relation to the selling of our mothers home after her sudden passing was excellent! Russell was kind and worked with tenderness around finding the right buyer (this was important for all of her children). There was always open and prompt communication. What stood out was Russell's willingness to listen with compassion and provide guidance in the process when necessary. There was no task too big or small for Russell. The house has now sold. Russell has worked with the buyer negotiating terms that would support the space needed to close this chapter and honour Mums life. Thank you Russ for your benevolence!
