Daniel was professional and courteous. He or one of his team answered all our queries promptly and were very patient and reassuring when the bank loan was held up on a technicality. We really appreciated having the relevant building and strata reports available on the day of inspection . We just downloaded it using a QR code to read later . Other agents did not do that . The whole process of making an offer and then buying was made as stress free as possible

Daniel helped me with every aspect of purchasing my new home. He did a superb inspection over FaceTime during lockdown, answered all my questions, and was super-prompt and accurate with everything. He has solid ethics and integrity, which matters a lot when you're buying in a new market, especially if you aren't physically able to visit the property yourself!
