We got to know about Dan through our daughter and son in-law. Dan sold there unit for them in Woonona and they were very impressed. My wife and I were thinking about selling our home so we contacted Dan who at that stage didn't think we would be listing, just fact finding... however after some conversation we were very impressed at his attitude and respect he showed us and we listed. His action plan and support team were fantastic, they hit the market very hard with impressive results. Dan arranged an open house on a Saturday morning and in 2 hours attracted 120 plus potential buyers through our doors and by 4pm same day he had secured a buyer at a price we could have only dreamed of. DANIEL WAS UPFRONT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT WITH THE ACHIEVABLE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. HE CONSISTENTLY KEPT ME IN THE LOOP WITH WAS ACTUALLY HAPPENING . FEEDBACK WAS PARAMOUNT TO ME. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME AT ALL. I WOULDNT HESITATE USING DANIEL AGAIN AND WOULD NOT HESITATE RECOMMENDING HIM TO ANYONE ELSE. I MUST ALSO COMMENT HIS STAFF ON A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH AS WELL.
