Daniel was quite efficient and was keen to keep his word with the conditions of sale. He was a bit busy at the end of the year and so the final exchange of contracts felt a bit pressured with my solicitor and the settlement period but it all worked out in the end.

I would highly recommend Daniel. I haven’t had much experience with selling property but Daniel and his team made the whole process really easy. Daniel is a great communicator and has a really nice manner, which was really important to me.
