I experience of purchasing a property through Kerri-Ann was absolutely first class. She was not in the least bit pushy, always returned calls promptly and was always on time for viewings, inspections etc. She showed the property honestly, pointing out all the advantages of the unit while not trying to hide any defects or potential deficiencies. I will definitely make Kerri-Ann my first call in the future for any real estate requirements. Gary McIntosh

Kerri-Ann arrived for our appraisal appointment incredibly well prepared with an extremely detailed analysis of the market outlining every recent sale in the area and the properties currently for sale with relevance to our property. This immediately informed us of the market conditions and competition facing us and our prospective sale. Kerri-Ann was extermely positive and warm leaving us totally relaxed in placing our sale in her hands. During the sale process Kerri-Ann called us after every exhibition and private viewing detailing any potential interest and comments received from prospective purchasers. Once an extremely satisfying sale price was acheived Kerri-Ann attended to access required for valuation and inspections as required through the settlement process. Kerri-Ann was always available and responsive to any phone calls and communiocation. Overall we could not have been any happier with the service we received from start to finish from K-A.

Kerri-Ann was so supportive, positive and flexible throughout the process of buying our home in Darwin. She provided the right balance of being present and available but also gave us space to explore alone when we visited the property. I trusted her. She was warm and genuine. We are incredibly happy in our wonderful new home and very grateful to Kerri-Ann for her role in helping to make it happen.
