This immediately informed us of the market conditions and competition facing us and our prospective sale. Kerri-Ann was extermely positive and warm leaving us totally relaxed in placing our sale in her hands. During the sale process Kerri-Ann called us after every exhibition and private viewing detailing any potential interest and comments received from prospective purchasers. Once an extremely satisfying sale price was acheived Kerri-Ann attended to access required for valuation and inspections as required through the settlement process.
