Really happy to be working with Franklin, we had seen another house that he was showing that didn't have what we were looking out, and he reached out the next day to find out more about our needs and suggested a few other options. One of these became the house we purchased, and it hadn't even been on our radar! Franklin was great through the whole process, super quick to respond and helpful with our questions.

We recently had the opportunity of entrusting the sale of our property to Mr. Franklin Martinez Garcia of Laurie Kelly Real Estate in Cloverdale WA. It was an absolute joy to work with Mr.Garcia as he is highly knowledgeable about the local market conditions and he approached the sale in a highly professional manner. Throughout the process he displayed a commitment to excellence with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to ensure a win-win situation for all the parties involved. He went out of his way to ensure that every detail was taken care of and he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He maintained a high level of communication throughout the process and through his hard work we could secure a quick sale within our expected range. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any buyer or seller. Well done Mr. Garcia

Frankie was very professional, helpful and communicated on a regular basis. In fact, we worried that something had happened to him when he didn’t ring once because he had nothing to report. His knowledge of the local market was spot on and resulted in a quick sale for the price we wanted. Frankie went over and beyond to help in a difficult situation. We would recommend Frankie to anyone.
