Kane Lavis was recommended to us as a land agent by a few of our friends so when we finally decided to sell our home we asked him out for an appraisal. His friendly straight forward nature was apparent immediately and we felt very comfortable to put him in control of selling our home. He always keep us informed of what was happening from the “for sale” sign going up, right through to the “sold” sign. He had great knowledge of not only what the market was doing in our area, but also the way people made their offers and subsequent contracts. I was quite anxious about the whole process but Kane’s calm and experienced manner very reassuring. We were very pleased with the price Kane achieved for us, it has been an absolute pleasure to get to know him and have our home sold by him.
