Super professional and easy to work with

Professional, available when required, always returned calls and could not do enough for us.
Brodie’s market knowledge was excellent he was right across all our needs. We had very few questions a he gave us all the information we required. Always on time for appointments. Contacted us the minute he thought there might be something he could do to further the sale. We only had 2 Lotes look at property and 2nd ones bought it.

Brodie Lavis sold my property
I contacted Brodie earlier in the year about selling my Property, he recommended some renovations I should do to make the property better to sell. After completing the interior renovations I had a accident and could not complete the exterior so I decided to put the property on the market as it was. Brodie had photo's taken on a Monday and it was on their website the following day by the next Monday the property was sold and the contract signed on the Tuesday. Brodie conducted the sale very professionally and I could not have had a better outcome
