He is also very honest and transparent, making the process as clear as possible. I appreciated the flexibility with additional viewings and inspections, and his willingness to remain in contact and ensure both parties were well looked after and understood their obligations and options. I had absolutely nothing to fault when dealing with Kane; he went above and beyond to ensure both parties were happy and educated on the sale process, answered any questions I had and conducted himself with a friendly, professional demeanor.
