From the first engagement to sale of property with Leanne Veigel
Leanne was a great source of information about the property market we were putting our home into - namely Bonnells Bay. She was thorough in getting back to us with any information we needed and made the process of this sale a very smooth transition. Nothing was too small or insignificant for her, she understood the process of marketing a property as well as the emotional process of selling a home, to an individual - this gave her a very personal touch and she became more a friend while being totally professional. I could not recommend anyone more highly for being a part of your selling journey.

Genuine and wonderful communication.
Leanne was a pleasure during the sale of our home - we particular valued how regularly and thoroughly she updated us, always taking the extra time to ensure we understood the processes and what to expect. The same was true following open houses and offer stages. Disappointed and disbelief
After the buyer paid the 10% deposit, I found my front yard dug up and a drainage pipe installed by the buyer and the buyer also moved their belongings onto my back patio however my agent knew nothing. I felt violated and taken advantage of. Lost all confidence in this agent and this agency in general. No one cared. I still had the privilege of paying the full commission

Purchase our weekender from Ben
We set Ben the task of finding us the perfect weekender on a limited budget. A few weeks later Ben called advising he had a diamond in the rough and walked us through why he thought it was perfect for us.
