Once we decided on selling we had Adam come out to our property. He explained the selling process to us in specific detail and was also upfront with where our property sat in the current market. When it came to the time for photos, Adam arrived in advance of the photographers arriving to assist with furniture placement to better help market our property. The open houses were conducted with Richard, who would call immediately after each open to provide commentary in detail on what potential buyers there were, and the feedback from people who had viewed our property. Throughout the process the communication from Adam and also Richard was prompt, honest, direct and clear. Selling can be an emotional time and there are many things to consider, therefore having a agent who you can put your trust into is important, and for this reason we have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team.
