We bought our unit through Adam seven years ago, and because we were impressed with the service and help we received from him, he was the first person we called when we decided to sell. Adam came and walked us through the selling process, but there was no hard sell, just good information and answers to our questions. When we decided to list with him, he came back and gave great advice about how we should present our house (which we followed), then explained how he would market it, and gave us a price range he thought we could reasonably achieve, and why. To our amazement, we sold within a week of it going on the market, and at a higher price than we thought we'd get. Adam knows his stuff- he follows through on everything, is honest and realistic about the market and very trustworthy. He was always available to give feedback and answer our questions. We can't recommend Adam highly enough!
