Adam was very considerate and supportive when helping my daughters and I when we recently sold their fathers deceased estate. He gave us plenty of feedback and advice on what he thought would help sell the property quickly. We were very lucky to get some minor renovations completed and have the house staged on his advice which most certainly helped with the sale. Adam had the photos and video done before going into lockdown. He stayed in contact with us to let us know what was happening and when we finally did decided to put it on the market (even though we were still in lockdown), it sold site unseen only due to the great photos and video that Adam had done to promote the property. We were lucky to get above the asking price which was fantastic for my daughters. Great job Adam and Melinda and thank you for all your hard work.

Trent was great from the start, he appreciated the uniqueness of our block and saw its potential. We sold for 20k higher then another agent thought we could. Adam was recommended by a friend who lives in Sunbury. Our initial contact was by phone and Adam was very polite and explained the process thoroughly. We met with Adam in Sunbury at the vacant residence along with a stylist he recommended to furnish the home for photographs. Given the difficulties to have in person inspections during covid, Adam was still able to get a buyer for us in good time, site unseen and within the price range we agreed to.
