We found Melinda had a very positive and realistic opinion on the value of the house and the marketing strategy which would be used for the upcoming sale of the property. She explained to us this was to ensure to only target the correct segment of the market who were in a position to purchase in the price bracket advertised. We found not just Melinda but the whole team at Leading to be very professional and on the day all the photography was done and this professionalism really did bring the best out of the property. Melinda stated that she had an existing list of potential purchasers who were looking for that type of property, and in the price bracket advertised, and in the first 24 hours of the house being placed on the open market we received a very realistic offer which after consideration we accepted and not requiring the house to even have an open day. This really was a fantastic outcome in a very short space of time and exceeded all of our expectations.
