Having known Adam from Leading Real Estate for many years, there was never any question as to who would eventually sell our home when the time came to down-size. Adam’s honesty, integrity and knowledge of the market in Sunbury is unsurpassed and we had complete faith that Adam and the team would expertly handle the sale of our home. After a number of consultations and numerous phone calls, Adam left us with a list of tasks to focus upon to prepare our home for the sale. We used a stylist recommended by Adam who staged our home to allow it to appeal to a large group of potential buyers. Adam also brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created amazing turnouts at the Open Days and brought in serious buyers.
