Adam and his team were great throughout, first with initial staging of the property and then with the marketing campagin and ultimately the final result -e.g. Sold after the first Open Day. From initially receiving a call in the morning from Adam straight after the Open Day to tell us they had a good turn and good level of interest, to then getting call back from Adam in the afternoon telling us they had an unconditional offer above what we had anticipated was unbelievable. On first meeting Adam and seeing our property for the first time he was so excited and his enthusiasm was infectious. Adam always remained professional and friendly keeping us updated with every step of the process upon signing to be our agent from times of photos and video and how long it would take to opening times scheduled in when the board was going up to when house was online our plan was to beat Goonawarra price record and we did we SMASHED it. Well today our house sold at auction for well above reserve and we believe this is not by chance.
