Between my wife and me, we interviewed five local Sunbury agents. One of which didn’t get the chance to even sit down before I showed them the door. We weren’t interested in warm and fuzzes, just the details, the bottom line and the processors in reaching that goal. Adam first came through the property 18 months prior to listing; however, the time wasn’t right for us to sell. Over that following 18 months, Adam wasn’t one of those agents who would consistently fill your phone or email with messages, however, was always happy to have an informal chat regarding real estate. The second time Adam came through the property (1st time I had met with him) he was able identify the extras that differentiated our property to similar ones in size e.g. plantation shutters, stone bench tops etc. Adam, unlike like multiple agents showed comparable sales data relevant to a number of factors e.g. house size, land, location. Many agents were happy to compare a main road to a court. 7:00 pm on a cool autumn’s night, Adam made himself available for the 3rd time to meet with my partner and I. He sat on the couch and looked us in the eye and with conviction and said what he planned to do, how he planned to do it and the time frame that it would take. That is when we were both convinced Adam would be our agent. We walked through the house and discussed the staging process, all photos and videos were booked there and then. Adam was particularly open to working with us to highlight any further points of interest that we would like included in the marketing. The photographer and videographer were on time and completed their parts to a particularly high standard. Selling my family home has been a real heart felt decision, but working with Adam Sacco and the Leading group , Adam has made it a much more enjoyable time. My husband had been in contact with Adam several months before I met him. Adam already had his first challenge, convincing me he was the best agent for the job. After 19 years in this house, it was a big decision to part with it. Adam was very professional, knew the market, and was always contactable and responsive to queries. Very easy to deal with and explained everything clearly as it had been 19 years since we had bought at sold. Adam and also Toby were fantastic, did a great video, and came up with the goods in record time even though an initial buyer pulled out. After a very distressing time 18 months ago to sell my house with an out of town agent, Adam was fully aware of what I had been through and was very understanding about my anxiety in trying to sell again.
